Welcome to the Voga Platform, referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Voga,” the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” We respect your privacy and protect users’ personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
This Policy describes the principles we follow when collecting, using, providing, storing, and protecting personal information, as well as the rights you may have in relation to that information. It applies when you download, install, launch, browse, register for, log in to, or otherwise use the Platform or Services.
If you do not agree with this Policy, some products or services may not function properly or may not achieve their intended purpose, and you should stop accessing or using the Platform and Services. By selecting “Agree” or continuing to use Voga, you confirm that we may process your personal information in accordance with this Policy.
Child Safety Standards
Voga Group Voice Chat/joey wang has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse Images (CSAE). Users must not upload, share, transmit, or promote content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Users may report such content through in-app reporting tools. Upon discovery or a credible report, we will remove the content, terminate the offending account, and report the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or relevant law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law.
1. Information We Collect
We collect and use personal information in a lawful, proper, and necessary manner. Information may be provided by you, obtained from third parties, or collected automatically when you use the Platform and Services. If we need to use collected information for a purpose not described in this Policy, we will notify you in a reasonable manner and seek consent when required by law.
Information You Provide
- Account information, such as mobile phone number, mobile operator information, or third-party account information including Facebook, Apple, or X.
- Profile information, including profile photo, username, gender, date of birth, country, tags, and biography.
- Activity or survey information, such as name, gender, mailing address, contact information, and bank account information when required for activities or surveys.
- Room information, including room name, announcement, public or private status, and room icon.
- Message, post, and comment information, including content, time sent or posted, recipients, and related interaction records.
- Follow information, including the users and topics you follow.
- Feedback and customer service information, including communications with us, photos or files you provide, and identity verification information when necessary.
Information from Third Parties
When you register or log in through a third-party account, we may collect information provided by that third party, such as your username and profile photo.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and account identifiers, user ID, operating system version, device model, device type, carrier name, network type, app version, language settings, IP address, SIM country, registration time, login time, and operation logs.
- Usage information, such as how you interact with the Platform, posts, videos, chatrooms, rooms joined, length of stay, and Virtual Items.
- Voice chat and text chat routing information. Voice chat data is not retained on our servers and only passes through servers for delivery to intended recipients. Chatroom voice and text data similarly passes through servers for delivery. Images sent in chatrooms may be stored for 3 days.
- Transaction information from Google Play, the iOS App Store, or other third parties, including Open ID, user information, fees, currency, purchased products, purchase history, IP address, transaction details, operating system version, device model, device type, and internet connection information.
- Public content and related information when you post, share, upload, or otherwise make information publicly available.
- Feedback diagnostics, including Open ID, device ID, battery power, Wi-Fi strength, available device storage, network type, operating system version, browser type, platform, operator, country or area code, coupon details, and email address.
- Clipboard content, with your permission, when you choose to paste content into the Platform or share content through a third-party platform.
- Security information, including device model, device name, IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, browser type and settings, language settings, app version, network hardware address, login IP address, network quality data, mobile network information, and product version number.
We may also use security and anti-cheating functions to analyze device status, identify abnormal logins, detect security risks, and protect the Platform. Location-based services may require location permissions, and you may disable location services through your device settings. Refusing location permission may affect location-based features but will not affect other Voga functions.
To keep instant messaging and personalized push notifications available, we may invoke boot broadcast permissions and use third-party push services to generate an identifier that helps recognize your device.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the Platform and Services. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, public interest tasks, or our legitimate interests where permitted by law.
- To provide the Platform and Services, including communication between users.
- To enforce our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Virtual Items Policy, and other applicable policies.
- To enable Virtual Items interactions, payments, and transaction records.
- To understand how users engage with the Platform across devices.
- To infer information such as age range, gender, and interests where permitted by law.
- To protect the security and stability of the Platform and prevent attacks, abuse, fraud, cheating, illegal activity, and harmful content.
- To communicate with you, provide customer support, verify identity, and resolve problems.
- To conduct surveys, analytics, research, testing, statistics, and feedback activities.
- To improve and develop existing and new Services, including machine learning models and algorithms.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
In certain circumstances, applicable laws and regulations may allow us to collect or use necessary personal information without separate consent, such as for public security, public health, criminal investigation, protection of life or property, information disclosed by you or lawfully disclosed to the public, performance of an agreement, maintaining safe and stable operation, or other circumstances required by law.

Storage and Cross-border Transfer
Your personal information may be processed on servers outside your place of residence. Our support, development, and other teams around the world may access information from outside your place of residence. Regardless of where information is processed, we will take appropriate measures to protect your rights and interests in accordance with this Policy.
Servers used for Platform Services are located in Frankfurt, Germany, and Dublin, Ireland. Where required by applicable law, we will inform you of the purpose and recipients of cross-border transfers and obtain consent where required. You may contact us to learn more about safeguards used for cross-border transfers.
Retention
We retain personal information for the necessary and reasonable period required for the purposes described in this Policy and as required by laws and regulations. After that period, we will delete or anonymize information unless retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse, or enforce this Policy or other agreements.
If we cease operation, we will stop collecting personal information in a timely manner, notify users through individual service notices or announcements, and delete or anonymize personal information we hold.
Protection
We use industry-standard security measures to reduce risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We maintain data classification systems, security management standards, and data security development standards, and we work to avoid collecting information unrelated to our Services.
Please protect your account and password. Although we use commercially reasonable safeguards, no network or information system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will notify you by email, letter, phone, push notification, or other appropriate means when required by law, and we will cooperate with regulators as required.

If you withdraw consent or permissions, related features may become unavailable. Withdrawal does not affect processing previously carried out based on your consent.

Where such decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you may request an explanation, object to automated decision-making, or seek appropriate remedies by contacting us.
Erasure and Account Deletion
You may initiate account deletion through our official website (https://accountdelete.treezb.com/) or through In-App Settings - Delete Account. Website deletion requires account login verification. If you forget your User ID or PIN Code, you may find them in the Voga app or contact customer support.
Currently, not all account types may support deletion through the website. If website deletion is unavailable, please use the app or contact us at service@voga-voice.com. After deletion, personal information will be removed from Voga except information that must be retained under law, such as transaction records or government-required records.
Data Portability, Objection, and Complaints
Where applicable, you may request a copy of your information, request data portability, object to certain processing, or lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For information that cannot be accessed, corrected, or deleted directly through Voga, please contact us by email. We will review your request and respond after verifying your identity.
6. Special Instructions for Third-party Products and Services
Voga may include third-party products, services, content, or links. Your use of third-party services, including any personal information you provide to third parties, is governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policy, not this Policy.
Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. We are not responsible for how third parties collect, store, use, share, or disclose your information.
8. Special Terms for Jurisdictions
We strive to comply with data protection laws and regulations worldwide. Some jurisdictions impose specific requirements. If you are located in a jurisdiction covered by our Adaptation Area List, the terms applicable to your jurisdiction apply in addition to this Policy.

9. Information Relating to Children
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information of a person under 18 has been collected through Voga Services, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. How We Update This Policy
We may update or amend this Policy from time to time. Updates and amendments form part of this Policy and have the same effect. Without your explicit consent where required by law, we will not reduce your rights under the Policy currently in effect.

11. How Users Can Request Data Deletion
If you want to request deletion of data we have collected, please briefly describe the reason for deletion and send your request to our official email address: service@voga-voice.com. We will process your request and send the result to your email.
Voga’s official statement is that users’ personal data will be deleted upon request, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
When emailing us, please accurately describe your request and provide information that allows us to verify your identity and account ownership.
